i <3 my church

this is (one of the many reasons) why i love my church.

gary says, ‘we don’t grow revolution for just the sake of growing.’ and then goes on to basically say that there’s no point in growing the church with a bunch of people who aren’t clued in to what the vision of the church is. sure, numbers do represent lives. but what’s the use of filling a church with a bunch of people who are clueless about the vision… which leads to a church full of people who are not on board with the vision. while that’s even more dangerous, i feel it’s pretty typical of most churches.
